Paxil brain swooshes, for those who don’t know what they are, are a weird momentary feeling in your head and it’s best described as a “swoosh”. There is allot of different takes on this sensation. Some Paxil users really hate the swoosh feeling, whereas some don’t mind it, and some actually like it.
