I’ve created this video to explain a little further my Poem System (point of exit methodology). If you practice this panic attack system, you can break the cycle of fear regarding a possible panic attack.
Once you don’t fear a panic attack, you won’t have panic attacks in a cycle. The idea of the Poem System is to stop the cycle of panic attacks a patient/sufferer has if they have a panic disorder.

Thanks for this tip. I tried it and it helped quite a bit. If concentrated on what I was going to do and looked forward to riding mt bike and having a coffee when the panic went away.
The panic attack was much less dramatic….

hey, thanks a lot for this system, it helped me a lot, i just kept thinking and thinking that the world and my life wasnt real?, i dont know why i just did, i looked up a panic attack on the internet and it said it was normal. so that helped me understand that i wasnt different. this also helped because i was left with the problem of the panic attack, so i will try this out next time i do have a panic attack, thanks again!
