Hello June,

This will all pass just like an ocean wave. All of us who have suffered from extreme anxiety have had all of the emotions you have mentioned so please take comfort in the fact that “YOU ARE NEVER ALONE”.

We are all connected in spirit and form regardless of our religious choices and faith too. Remember that Christianity and/or the Mormon Church are simply religions that act as sign posts on the road to absolute truth. The absolute truth is your unshakable connection to universal love energy and that is even more powerful than any form of religion or organized human faith group. Follow your faith of choice and enjoy the sense of community , but always remember that the peace you attain from the organized religion is due to the surface reminder of your REAL PATH here on earth. Your true goal is to discover enlightenment. Your suffering is a big step on your way.

You are not the keeper of your children – all of these struggles you are having were meant to be. You are one of those lucky anxiety sufferers who is literally waking up to your true purpose here during your brief “flesh visit on a planet we labeled earth”.

You are on the road to enlightenment just like all people who suffer from extreme anxiety. Try to always remember that your family, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances are simply connected form. Their flesh and existence is pure energy like yours, but it is all form. Your spiritual connection to universal love is the real truth and you don’t need to let the movement of form (and the flesh lives of others) disrupt your pure connection to universal peace and tranquility.

Your true spiritual self is like the deep ocean where everything is at peace, silent, perfect, and unshakable – all of the “things” and the “people” around you are simply like the movement of the water on top of the ocean.

Try to look at all outside factors of your life as mere ripples and waves going by, and remember that your true self is deep below and at peace.

Don’t let your mind control your day or night. Your mind is not you. Your thoughts are not you. Your flesh body is not you either. Your church is not you. Your religion is not you. Your status is not you. Your husband and marriage is not you. Your work is not you. None of this “form” is you.

Peace and universal connection is always there waiting for your mind to stop running around and confusing the “true you”.

Let your mind stop “thinking” for a moment as it deals with only surface level form and everyday flesh existence – see how you feel when you literally watch your thoughts for a moment. Ask yourself this “I wonder what my next thought will be”. Notice how when you start watching your thoughts, and becoming aware of all the mental noise your mind is dealing with, you begin to feel this strange sense of peace begin to take root. This may take some practice.

Your truest essence is God. You are an extension of God just like everything thing, person, animal, plant is. When you no longer let your mind rule the moment and let your deep rooted spirit rule the moment you will begin to understand more and more peace.

The term “peace of mind” is used to describe some sort of tranquility, but it should be spelled “PIECE of mind”, because your mind can only enjoy brief moments of contentment. Our human minds are always connected to ego and surface-level form.

Our minds like to separate things and people, judge things and people, perceive and imagine circumstances and situations, imagine past realities, imagine future realities,  create and use labels, etc. etc. Your mind is nothing more than a powerful tool and it is the tool you can use to find your deep inner-self once and for all. Humans have been given these minds that cause suffering so that we may find enlightenment. Without suffering there can be no enlightenment. You are very fortunate to be suffering to this degree. You are beginning to learn of the vast and true reality of spirit. You are waking up.
