Dear Jacob and Emma,
I’m not sure if you will read this or not but I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating saneadvice.com. I am a 26 yr. old male who is experiencing anxiety issue’s. I would place myself in the level 2 stage before I started seeing a therapist. Since seeing my therapist and reading all the great and useful things on your website, I’m already feeling better. I still get scared and find my mind going crazy but I’m learning to control it. I pray that I will once again feel 100% normal again and be able to put this all behind me but in the mean time, visiting your site will continue to help me. Thanks again!
