Being the Witness
Lately we had some personal issues that were very stressful and again I started getting some of the usual symptoms of high anxiety. I tried all of the usual methods and thinking processes but was still struggling. I flipped through my books, watched my videos, and listened to audio books – still never really getting it under control.
What finally got it all under control was the classic thought process of detachment and “being the witness”. ”Being the witness” means sort of imagine a kind and loving witness watching you and keeping you safe. Continue Reading »
